I had surgery around early October, and because I was grade 2 or 3, I chose the option where breastfeeding wouldn’t be possible on one side. For the surgery, they give you a few shots of local anesthesia, then you go into the operating room and have it done. It honestly felt like it was over in about 15 minutes. Having something like a ring to keep it from being pressed down is uncomfortable for a while Still, I’m so satisfied with the surgery,, leave a comment if you have questions
