There was a smell from the director’s hands. It felt like no matter what kind of eyes you came in with, they would recommend ptosis correction + lateral and lower canthoplasty. He was a bit gaslighting. The consultation staff may not have been trained long, because they did not know the prices well and kept going out midway to ask. A main staff member who was about to be pregnant? kept ordering the consultation staff around in a commanding tone, which was very unpleasant to see
