I went for a consultation about revision surgery on my eyes, and this was the only place where they actually pointed things out directly with a ruler and pen, so I was really moved. They calmly explained which surgeries would be good, and said that which one I chose was up to me, without forcing anything on me. The director’s YouTube videos were also helpful.
