I was getting a consultation for revision eye surgery, and this was the only place where they directly marked things with a ballpoint pen and measured with a ruler during the consultation, so I was touched. They calmly explained what kinds of surgeries would be good, and explained without any pressure, saying that choosing among them is up to me. The director’s YouTube videos were helpful too.
