Breast Re-Surgery

That revision surgery supposedly has almost no pain

Could that also all depend on the person and the case?? Some reviews say they didn't hurt at all from the day after surgery, but other reviews say the first 3 days were hard.. I was told I don't need capsular removal and that a simple replacement would be enough (same opinion from ㄱㄹ and ㅇㅇㅇ), so they said it would be my choice whether to use the inframammary incision or the transaxillary incision. But since my first surgery was through an inframammary incision, I think it would be better to do it the same way through the inframammary fold rather than making a scar somewhere else, so if I do it, I'm thinking of doing the inframammary incision. Inframammary incision + the breast pocket is already opened + same size going in = no pain / is that how it would be??? Or is it impossible to know from just that.. When I had my first surgery, I swelled a lot too, and it was just physically so hard, like it was taking years off my life..... I'm worried revision surgery will be like that too, but the clinic says the breast pocket is already enlarged, the skin has stretched, and as long as it's not transaxillary, I don't need to worry... lol sob Still, I guess you only know once you actually have the surgery...?
