Breast Re-Surgery@breast-redo

Breast revision surgery because of capsular contractureㅠㅠ Please see if the shape looks okay

(Before the revision, the gap was really wide and they looked more saggyㅠㅠ)

You can probably see enough in the photos, but I really don’t gain flesh easily and I have a thin body type ㅠㅠ So for my first surgery, I wanted just one thing.. just make my breast size bigger ^^;

But after getting revision surgery at a clinic, if my breasts could become this pretty, I wish I had been a bit more ambitious from the beginning, I regretted living while being satisfied with only that one thing, the bigger size Now, of course I’m satisfied with the size, and there’s nothing disappointing about the shape or the feel either~ Honestly, if it hadn’t been for the contracture, I don’t think I would have had revision surgery I didn’t know it was capsular contracture and just thought, oh, the shape changed a little over time, without thinking much But because of the contracture I ended up having revision surgery, and I feel like it turned into a blessing in disguise. I’m so happy these days ㅎㅎ

Now I’m approaching 5 months post-op, and during that time I received all the aftercare I could get from the clinic (Maybe because it was a revision, I felt like they paid even more attention^^) The revision was done through an inframammary incision, but at another hospital, my first surgery was done through a transaxillary incision Even though I’m not prone to keloids, the scar became very dark, so this time I also had scar removal surgery The armpit scar is definitely lighter than before, but there’s still a long way to goㅠㅠ

The incision made along the inframammary fold during this revision had some redness, but it has faded quite a lot now  As someone who has tried both transaxillary and inframammary incisions, I personally want to recommend the inframammary incision  The scar is much lighter (Ah, this might not be a difference in incision site, but a difference in the surgeon’s skillㅠ) Anyway, before my first surgery, everyone recommended the transaxillary incision, but my personal thought is that the inframammary incision seems better ㅎㅎ

After breast revision surgery, I’m living with the shape, size, and feel all much more satisfying than I expected, and thinking about it, I think it’s thanks to a few things ^^ Before, when I squeezed firmly, the feeling of grabbing silicone was too strong… but after the revision, I don’t have that feeling at all I thought this might help everyone here who is similar to me, so I’ll write it down

-Don’t skip clinic visits. When the clinic contacted me and my appointment date was set, I matched it as much as possible no matter what. I kept getting my breast condition checked and received all the aftercare. -Keep doing arm stretching steadily. I originally thought only people who had armpit incisions needed to stretch, but when you stretch moderately, the muscles around the breasts loosen up quite a bit too. I absolutely didn’t overdo it!! Consistently, within a range that doesn’t strain me. -If you have questions, contact the clinic right away. Because of this, I’ve never regretted having surgery at this clinic. People who have had breast surgery will know, but in the early stage, even if there’s a slightly tingling feeling or something feels just a little different from yesterday, you get anxious… When I had breast surgery when I was younger, I would just be anxious alone and only tell the hospital after holding it in and holding it in. But since I had revision surgery, I wanted to manage it even more, and here they answered the things I asked so clearly that maybe I trusted them more, so this time I contacted them and asked questions often. I’m getting close to 5 months now, but they always respond quickly, so I recovered well without being anxious alone.

The director’s experience and the implant are all important, of course, but I think consistently receiving care and getting checked are really important ^^ I think these are tips for how my breast shape settled much prettier now than when it had been over 1 year after my first surgery, so I’m sharing like this~ ㅎㅎ
