After-after-after-before < immediately after surgery (2 years ago) > current shape. I liked the swollen-looking feel of the radix/nasal bridge right after nose surgery, so to bring out that kind of feel, do I need silicone? What about putting other autologous tissue in the radix area?? Would it be better to do nostril base reduction?? My nose has a lot of soft tissue and the nostrils are smaller than I expected..
+ The nasal support/strut has looked like that since I came out of the operating room 2 years ago.. I don’t know what to do about that..
