- I visited the clinic twice after surgery, but I never once saw the director who performed the surgery. Both times, a female nurse disinfected the area and I went straight home.
- August 24 One week after rhinoplasty, I saw the director. He said it was swollen, and I received a Hyalase injection inside my nose. He told me to contact them if it seemed to swell more.
- August 27 It seemed to be swelling more, so I contacted ㅇㅇㅇ through the emergency system, but until my visit on August 30, there was no response at all and no phone call either. (Is that really an emergency system?)
- August 30 They said that because of the nasal swelling, they needed to perform open nose surgery and wash it out. I repeatedly and very firmly asked them to improve the uneven step-off areas of my nose.
- November 28 (3 months after surgery) People I know asked me things like, “There’s a booger stuck inside your nose,” “There’s foam on it,” and “What is that inside your nose?” At first, I thought it might be swelling and waited, but it is hard, and I suspect cartilage is protruding.
- 5 months after revision rhinoplasty I called the hospital where I had surgery and said I thought cartilage was protruding inside my nose and wanted a consultation, but they said it was only possible on weekdays. Before surgery, consultations and reservations all went smoothly on Saturdays, and even though I was a patient who paid nearly 6 million won for surgery, they flatly said Saturday was not possible. I was so dumbfounded that I asked if I had to take annual leave to come in, and only then did they schedule me for Saturday.

Surgery on August 17, 2024. Because of swelling, when they opened my nose again and operated on August 30, they must have been fully aware of the cartilage protruding inside my nose, but it ended without any improvement.
Even though I had open surgery twice, the result is the same, and nothing has changed compared with before surgery or after surgery.. When they opened my nose the second time, it was for the exact same problem, yet the nasal step-off is still the same, exactly the same, and the nasal tip has become even blunter and harder, and the nasal tip has become bigger.. + On top of that, the side effect of cartilage protruding inside my nose has also been added.
People I know ask whether I really had rhinoplasty, and they say my nose got bigger and that it looked better before surgery.
I even had surgery to become prettier, so if the result is like this, what should I do?
Anyone can see the problems, and I’m so stressed... If I have rhinoplasty at the same hospital for a third time, I don’t trust them and I’m scared. What should I do in this situation??
