17 years ago, I had nose surgery with Gore-Tex and cartilage augmentation only. Since that surgery couldn’t make my wide nose narrower, I proceeded with a nostril reduction procedure. There is almost no scarring, and the nasal ala has gotten much smaller, but the nasal tip area can’t be reduced.ㅜㅠ I’m currently looking into revision surgery.
