<Gore-Sili about 3-4 mmㅠㅠ>Because of the anesthesia, I’m still a bit dazedㅋ and my philtrum and upper teeth area feel uncomfortable.
Only after having it removed was I able to know exactly what was in my nose haha I had surgery 12 years ago.. They said Gore-Sili was used for the bridge, and a very small amount of septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip.
During the removal consultation, they said that if there seemed to be signs of contracture or anything concerning, they might use a little septal cartilage for the nasal tip during surgery, but luckily there was nothing like that, so they said they did a complete removal. Finally, there’s nothing in my noseㅠㅠ!!
After the surgery, the director said the surgery went well, so I felt relieved...ㅎ After surgery, they also showed me photos of the surgical process, and wow, I really thought I’ll never touch my face again...ㅠ
For now, after removal, I also feel psychologically liberated. I didn’t know this, but I guess when I had nose surgery, I hadn’t been able to breathe well. After removing it, my nose actually feels wide open and I can breathe easily;; Maybe it’s temporary. I’ll have to watch this a bit more.
But after the surgery, my nostrils somehow looked asymmetric.. (the right side feels like it went upward), so I asked, and they said it’s because of the cotton and other things right now and that it will come down. Is there usually a bit of asymmetry at first..? That’s the one thing bothering me..ㅎ I’ll have to keep watching the progress.
Whew, the surgery I was so nervous about is finally over. Right now, I have a splint and taping on, so I don’t know what my nose looks like. I’ll post whenever there’s progress.
