It’s been 2 years since I had rhinoplasty. I’ve had inflammation before, so because of the anxiety, I thought I wanted to remove the silicone. Recently, when I went to a clinic, I was told that the silicone had shifted downward and that the nasal tip cartilage or something had become bent. While looking into revision surgery, I heard that if I use ㅇㄴfit silicone that fits my nose, it fits the nose exactly so it is less likely to move. I’d like people who have used ㅇㄴfit to tell me the pros and cons. Because I don’t want to be stressed about inflammation issues, I thought I wanted to use autologous dermis, but I heard that if autologous dermis is used, there may be a step-off between the nasal bridge and nasal tip. How much does autologous dermis get absorbed in the nasal bridge? Has anyone developed a step-off? For reference, I used 2 mm silicone. I’m okay as long as it doesn’t become lower than my original nose, but if I use autologous dermis, how much lower will it get?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
