After my first nose surgery, it didn’t show at all, so I had revision surgery, but I had it done by an ENT specialist and it kind of turned out badly. First of all, right after the surgery I had a silicone side effect and suffered for months, and since the swelling and inflammation didn’t go down, I eventually had only the silicone removed. Then my nasal tip lifted again, so I had revision surgery. I only had the nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage, and there is nothing in the nasal bridge now. Is there anyone here who developed contracture after using autologous costal cartilage?
