The preliminary consultation manager felt like they did not have much experience and seemed somewhat casual, which I did not like. During the consultation, even though I had not yet decided on nose surgery, they pointed out not only my nose surgery but also other areas and repeatedly mentioned, both during the consultation and even at payment, that it would be good to have them operated on together, which made me uncomfortable. They also kept trying to talk about the surgical method and materials even though they were not the operating surgeon, so it felt like a meaningless time.
The director was kind, even though they looked tired. They first looked over the overall aspects and then took questions about anything additional I was curious about. Since I had prepared a certain number of questions, the consultation somehow proceeded, but I think if I had not, I would have gotten little out of the consultation.
