During the preliminary meeting with the consultation manager, I liked that they explained only the necessary points clearly without any unnecessary details, and I also liked that they first explained things patients might worry about, such as CCTV and the number of surgeries per day.
The facilities were also very pleasant and nice.
The director was also very kind and explained things in detail. Above all, when talking about the surgery, I really liked that they respected the patient’s opinion and tried to discuss the surgery together, saying things like, “I think this way because of such-and-such; what do you think?” They also answered all additional questions in detail, which was very good.
