The pre-consultation coordinator seemed to have very little experience and came across as careless, which I didn't like. During the consultation, I still hadn't even decided on nose surgery, but they kept bringing up nose surgery and other areas too, saying it would be good to have them done together. They repeated that both during the consultation and again when I was paying, which made me uncomfortable. Even though they were not the operating surgeon, they kept talking about the surgical method and materials, so the whole thing felt like a waste of time.
The surgeon seemed tired but was kind. He first went over the overall picture, then asked whether I had any additional questions. I had prepared some questions in advance, so the consultation somehow got through, but if I hadn't, I think I would have gotten little out of it.
