When I had my first nose surgery 4 years ago, I didn’t know anything and just thought I’d become prettier if I had surgery, so I had it done without looking into it much. Maybe because of that, I really regretted it a lot, and after surgery my nasal bridge became crooked, the columella was deviated, both nostrils were uneven, the nasal tip was upturned, and the tip was too sharp, so I kept wanting revision surgery... But having rhinoplasty again was really scary, and I had a lot of concerns and worries, but rather than continuing to be stressed, I wanted to have revision surgery and find peace of mind, so I made a big decision and had revision surgery~ It was something I had gone through once, but going through it again was still hard, painful, and uncomfortable, but the surgical result came out well, so I feel like I was properly rewarded for how difficult it was~~~~ Honestly, because I had been very stressed for years over the result of my first surgery, I was very skeptical about revision surgery, and I went to consultations at several places. Because the surgery fees were absurdly expensive, I was about to give up on revision surgery and just live with it, but at the 4th hospital I consulted at, the director directly and precisely pointed out the parts of my nose that I had thought were problematic, and explained very professionally and clearly how they could be improved, while giving a thorough consultation. I think that was decisive in choosing the hospital. The surgery cost also seemed reasonable compared with the revision surgery cost I had expected. Now that it has already been over a month since surgery, I think I did well to have the revision..... The nasal tip is still firm, but it has softened a lot, the swelling has gone down quite a bit, and it is settling well.
