The procedures I got were only consulted with the manager. I only met the director during the procedures. After two Fraxel sessions, my acne scars improved, not tremendously, but still noticeably compared with before. It didn’t feel like they took special care of each patient. It felt like a clinic you can approach without much burden because of the low price.
