I went four times in total, and each time the wait alone was 1 to 2 hours. The procedure itself took 5 minutes -- the fee-paying doctor felt like they just skimmed over everything very carelessly. I went to get acne scar treatment, but the scars stayed the same and only the dark spots got worse. The doctor lacked expertise and the clinic system was a mess.
