For the procedures I had, I only consulted with the manager. I met the director only during the procedures. I had Fraxel twice, and my acne scars improved somewhat compared with before, though not dramatically. It did not feel like they cared for each patient individually. It felt like a clinic you can approach without much burden at an affordable price.
