I didn’t talk much with the doctor, so I gave a 3-star rating. As for consultation expertise, the manager explains things well first of all. She explains as kindly as possible based on what she knows, and the staff are just okay. I gave 3 stars for the hospital facilities because after the laser treatment, I had to go somewhere else for soothing care. I also gave 3 stars for surgery expectations because it was a laser procedure, so I didn’t really have big expectations.
