It’s day 3 after revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage and ear cartilage, plus alar reduction, and my nose hurts so much that I can’t even feel the autologous rib pain....... Especially the alar reduction incision area feels like someone keeps pressing down on it really hard, and it’s throbbing like my heart is beating in my noseㅠㅠㅠ The mucosa inside my nose is also raw, and it hurts like the mucosa does when water gets in your nose. Save me...... I’m taking Tylenol once every two hours, but it still hurts so much I can’t sleepㅠㅠㅠㅠ My upper lip and philtrum are swollen, so the wrinkles on my lips are stretched out flat, and they’re super dry. Ha...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
