It was my first nose surgery, and I really regret not looking into it enough From the front, it looks like a pig nose that someone punched and flattened, and I don’t like that they didn’t bring out the columella either. I rejoined to look into revision surgery... It feels like I have such a long way to go I’ll have to take it one step at a time.
