I'm considering revision surgery because this is already a revision for me, but my nose ended up too high ㅜ But when I look at nose surgeries for a bulbous nose, almost all of them end up high… So I need to do alar reduction, and since my nose has already been raised high, they said the skin on my nose must have stretched a lot… But my rhinitis has also gotten worse, so I want to do that together. Please recommend some clinicsㅜㅜㅜ I went for consultations at ㄴㅌ, ㅈㅇㅈ, and ㅂㄴㄴ, but ㄴㅌ and ㅈㅇㅈ said alar reduction can’t be done, while ㅂㄴㄴ said I need to do it. Which is right?ㅜㅠㅜㅠㅠ I'm so stressedㅜㅠ It's really serious… Should I go to the clinic where I had my first surgery and ask about AS? But it's been over a year lol… Aaaah I want to lower my noseㅜㅜ
