I went for a consultation about nose revision surgery, and although the doctor looked a bit tired and the consultation was on the short side, he did clearly identify the problems with my nose. He said the bridge would be raised with Gore-Tex, and that ear cartilage or AlloDerm would be used for the tip. The before-and-after photos looked very natural, but it did not seem like my style, so I did not go through with the surgery.
