It's completely factory-style! The consultation is only with the manager, and you can basically consider the procedure time as the only time you see the doctor. (One time, they asked about the area I was a bit concerned about, and the other two times they didn't say anything and just performed the procedure.) I did Secret for 3 sessions, and since it was a simple laser procedure, I went even knowing it was factory-style. They say it's good for pores, and with 3 sessions I don't know about a dramatic effect, but the skin texture does get a bit better! But it hurts a lotㅠㅠㅠ
