I had surgery for a low nose and emphasized a natural look a lot. My original nose was small and round, so I wanted only the height to be raised as it was, and because I was worried it might become an upturned nose if raised, I even had the columella lowered. The doctor was extremely kind, answered everything I asked, and looked at all the photos carefully. But the nurse was seriously unbelievably unfriendly; even my mom, who usually doesn’t say much, said several times that she felt really offended; It has been over a year now, and it looks so, so natural and they did it the way I wanted, so I like it .. haha I go around recommending it!
