It is completely factory-style! The consultation is only with the manager, and the time you spend with the doctor is basically only when you get the procedure done (once they asked about a bothersome area, and the second time they did not say a word and just performed the procedure). I had the Secret treatment 3 times, and since it is a simple laser procedure I went knowing it was a factory-style place. They say it is good for pores, and I do think my skin texture improved a bit after 3 sessions, though not dramatically! But it hurts a lot T_T T_T T_T
