I had low-nose surgery and really emphasized naturalness. My original nose was small and round, so I only wanted the height lifted as it was, and because I was worried it might become a pig nose if raised, I even had the columella lowered. The doctor was incredibly kind, answered everything I asked well, and looked at all the photos carefully. But the nurse was truly, unbelievably rude; even my mother, who usually does not say much, kept saying several times that she was really upset by it; it has been over a year now, and because it turned out so natural and exactly how I wanted, I like it very much .. haha I recommend it to people all the time!
