I had surgery about 2 years ago. I had functional and cosmetic surgery together. Functionally, I’m satisfied because my rhinitis improved. Cosmetically, I haven’t had any major side effects so far, and I was satisfied with the shape at the time, but as time goes on, the nasal tip has drooped and become deviated, so I’m currently looking into revision surgery.
