I had my first rhinoplasty without implants 2 years ago. Because I had an aversion to implants, I didn’t put in silicone and used ear cartilage. But during the first consultation, they only said they would use ear cartilage and didn’t tell me they would take it from both sides. After I came out of surgery, the ear cartilage had been removed from both ears. I naturally thought they would only take it from one side.. For now, since the cartilage is gone on both sides, I’m worried about any revision surgery later too. Also, because I had a deviated septum and rhinitis, I had surgery for both cosmetic and functional aspects, but first of all, after surgery, my rhinitis…
