Revision surgery due to nasal-tip silicone show-through and pollybeak deformity

My previous nose surgery was about 15 years ago, with silicone, a little AlloDerm, and cartilage tying. I had a symptom where the nasal tip looked shaved down, which they call a pollybeak deformity, and because all the AlloDerm had been absorbed and the end of the silicone was showing through, I had revision surgery. My appointment was at 11, and after arriving at the hospital, I entered the operating room around 12:30. My mom waited in the recovery room. I changed clothes, washed my face, waited, and then went to the operating room. They disinfected a lot, put tape here and there, and I was worried I might say nonsense, but they put tape on my mouth haha After surgery, I came to the recovery room around 2. Because I had fasted, I was so hungry that I ate a little of the rice cake and water my mom gave me, and left at 2:30.

During my first surgery, I remember they stuffed a lot of cotton inside my nose, I swelled a lot from the first day, and after coming home I just sat leaning back. Here, there was nothing inside my nose, and they removed all the nose hair, so it felt like my nose was wide open. Because of the silicone replacement, they put on one splint, and there was a little taping on the nasal tip. After surgery, I went to take the train, ate a bowl of gukbap, yum yum, and came home. Since it was the first day, there was no swelling at all. They said blood might flow, but there was none. They said it is good to do ice packs before swelling starts, so I put ice inside a Pororo ice pack for children’s fever reduction and did some icing on the train. After coming home, I also did it twice for 30 minutes each. I took my medicine, bought Dangguixu-san from a nearby pharmacy (herbal medicine for swelling reduction for bruises), took that, and drank angelica root tea.

I needed to sleep, but trying to sleep with cushions behind me made my back hurt so much. I slept around 2, but woke up every 30 minutes. I had my mouth slightly open, then got startled and shut it tightly, and maybe my mouth was swollen too, because I bit the inside of my lip and it hurt ㅡㅡ; I don’t think I slept even 3 hours. From then, my nose was okay, but my ear throbbed a little (maybe because it was pressed by the pillow). Maybe because I barely slept, I just got up a little while ago, but there is not even 1 bit of swelling. Will it swell if I sleep tonight? The surgery seems to have gone well, but maybe because the nasal tip is swollen, it looks a little upturned. I really hate my nose looking upturned, but they say it will come down a bit once the swelling goes down, so I should wait and see. Recovery is really easy compared with the past. During my first surgery, even though I slept sitting up and woke up, I was swollen completely like Shrek.. haha
