I had a lower blepharoplasty consultation there when the clinic had just opened, in its first or second year, and it was so absurd that I still haven’t forgotten it even years later haha. The consultation was fairly detailed and professional, but at some point they suddenly tried to pick a fight over something, which really caught me off guard. For reference, being a doctor does not necessarily mean you are academically above the patient.
