Finally, finally, finally escaping from tired-looking eyes!!
[Motivation for surgery] To be honest, I did have a double-eyelid line, but I thought, "As I get older, a double eyelid will naturally form..." and lived without paying much attention to it. While getting a consultation for nose reconstruction surgery, I happened to get a consultation for my eyes too, and I realized that it was naturally hard for me to open my eyes and that they looked tired to other people. You can tell if you look at the photos, right? Especially because I had many overlapping creases and often rubbed my eyes, they said lichenification of the skin was progressing~ Even when the director tried to create a line, it quickly came undone, and since I had ptosis, we decided to proceed with incision / ptosis correction / fat grafting. As someone who absolutely pursues a natural look, I absolutely did not want big double eyelids~ I requested the most natural correction possible, as if I had done it but not done it. Haha
[Immediately after surgery] Right after surgery, I had no pain at all, and because of the swelling, my eyes only opened about halfway... Maybe because I had fat grafting, I had quite a lot of bruising around my eyes. Actually, the area on my abdomen where the fat was taken hurt quite a lot... (People who get liposuction are amazing!!) When I saw myself in the mirror right after surgery, I was startled, wondering if the line had come out too strong haha
[After 10 days] I had the stitches removed after a week, and the bruising still remains reddish and patchy :( The swelling has not fully gone down yet, but I am still satisfied because the eye line seems to have come out clear and open. My mom keeps making a fuss, saying I look like a foreigner and that I did well haha Once the swelling goes down more, I’ll upload another proof shot~
