I consulted there in the early days of the hospital (year 1 to 2 after opening) for under-eye fat repositioning, and it was so absurd that I still have not forgotten it years later, haha. The consultation was reasonably detailed and professional, but at some point they suddenly started acting like they wanted to fight, so I was really startled. For the record, being a doctor does not necessarily mean you are academically above the patient, haha.
