They explained the structural parts of my eyes really well and why I needed surgery, and also why non-incisional methods were causing problems. I’d already been struggling with these issues, but there was no other clinic that explained things in such detail, so I liked that. Everyone was kind. There was a bit of a wait, but they had told me that when I booked. The director explained everything in great detail. It seems like there are a lot of problematic eyes here, and they’ve really done a lot for people who truly can’t open their eyes. For me, they said it would be better to do it together with a forehead lift if I do it, and to think it over. They said it would be okay to proceed later too, and that it’s not bad even now. I was surprised because they spoke so honestly.
