They explained my structural issues well and why surgery would be needed, or why the issues I felt with a non-incisional method were a problem. No other clinic explained things in this level of detail, so I liked that. Everyone was kind. There was a bit of a wait, but they had already mentioned that when I made the reservation. The doctor explained everything in great detail. It seems like they see a lot of problematic eyes here. They really do seem to treat many people who can barely open their eyes. For me, they said it would be better to do it together with a forehead lift, and told me to think about it. They said I could do it later if I wanted. They also said my eyes are not bad even now, and I was surprised by how honestly they spoke.
