Two-Month Update After Implant-Free Rhinoplasty!

. . .

In order, they are pre-op photos -> post-op photos lol

It has been two months now, so a lot of the swelling has gone down, and it has settled quite a bit.

Before surgery, I thought my nasal bridge would only look pretty if I shaved down the hump and placed silicone on top, but they used septal cartilage for the nasal bridge and used both septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and without anything feeling lacking, my whole nose became defined, so I like it so much lol It does feel pressed because of the mask ㅜㅜㅜ But I think that cannot be helped because it became straight and higher.. Before surgery, the hump was so severe that the mask used to rest on it; haha

Also, my bulbous nose was really severe ㅜㅜㅜ so I wondered if it could even be corrected properly, but I think doing alar base reduction together while correcting the bulbous nose was the right move lol Now, even from 90-degree and 45-degree angles, it is clearly noticeable that my nose has become slimmer, so I wonder why I put off rhinoplasty just because I was scared. I should have done it sooner and lived with a pretty nose.. But I am so relieved that I got the surgery even now!!
