It's been 10 years since I had my nose surgery. It was my first surgery, and I went because I trusted it as a big hospital. Even after the surgery, it looked natural, and even now I am satisfied because it seems to suit my face well. But because it was such a big hospital, it was disappointing that the consultations were mainly handled by the managers, and I remember that the managers weren't that friendly either.
