I had an upturned nose with a wide columellar angle, and I had the columella lowered together with the nasal tip. I’m really satisfied! For choosing the hospital, it was to the point where if other people heard about it, they would have told me to choose more carefully, but I went straight to the doctor I had a good feeling about, and in the end, I got a nose I’m satisfied with.
