I consulted about whether to do nose removal surgery or revision surgery. At the moment I only have visible cartilage at the nasal tip, but they said the nose will deform anyway, and that they could remove the silicone and reposition the cartilage for the surgery. If I want to keep the current state, they said to cover the nasal tip with acellular dermal matrix.
