Maybe because it’s a large hospital, it felt hectic... First of all, there were crowds of people, so maybe that made it feel even more chaotic? I strongly felt that. The consultation with the consultant was just so-so. During the consultation with the director, he looked tired, but I could still see that he was trying as much as possible to match my needs.
