I went after being introduced by an acquaintance and received Ulthermage. At the initial consultation, I talked about my areas of concern, but the consultation felt a bit cursory. Also, since sleep anesthesia is mandatory, it is hard to check how the procedure is carried out. Right after sleep anesthesia, I could not really feel it, but as time passed, the firming and lifting effect definitely became noticeable.
