I recommend only people who have plenty of time go for a consultation. Just waiting for the consultation takes at least an hour. The consultation manager strongly pushes same-day booking and talks too much about herself, so it is hard to ask the questions you want. The surgeon looks carefully and explains exactly what needs to be done.
