It was a large hospital, so maybe that was why it felt hectic... There were people everywhere, so it felt even more chaotic? I strongly felt that. The consultation with the manager and during the counselor meeting was just so-so. While consulting with the surgeon, he looked tired, but I could still see that he was trying hard to match my needs as much as possible.
