When you get a rhinoplasty consultation, they take a nose CT. They look carefully at the overall shape. When I said I wanted rhinoplasty without an implant, they said I had found the surgical method that suited me well and asked what I wanted to do about the hump. I really liked that there was no coercion or pressure about the rhinoplasty style. My nose had almost no swelling, so everyone around me was surprised.
