I received a consultation for rhinoplasty, and there was a discount if you booked on the same day, and another discount if you left a review. So if you receive both of those discounts, the price drops sharply. But since it was my first consultation, I said I wanted to think about it a bit, and the consultant kept asking what I was worried about and saying I had to book today, so it was kind of.. not great
