There was an extra fee for the head doctor. This was my second fat graft, and I wanted to go somewhere good, so I paid the extra fee and had it done, but the result wasn't that satisfying. There is now something that feels a bit calcified in my face, so I'm worried. Actually, my first fat graft was something I did because I was very satisfied with it, but after doing a second one, almost all the fat has come out.
