There was an extra fee for the head director. This was my second fat grafting procedure, so I wanted to get it done somewhere good and paid the additional fee, but considering that, I wasn’t satisfied with the result. Right now I can feel something that seems slightly calcified in my face, so I’m really worried. Honestly, I did it because I was very satisfied with my first fat grafting procedure, but even after doing the second round, almost all the fat has disappeared.
