I wanted to live with a pretty face shape before my 20s were over, so I searched for information related to surgery. I happened to watch a YouTube video from Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Clinic, and after seeing the transformation process of someone with a face shape similar to mine, I booked a consultation. Compared with the other hospitals where I had consultations, they emphasized safety while also accurately catching the surgical direction I wanted, so I ultimately decided to have surgery at Y. In August this year, I had two-jaw surgery plus 3 types of facial contouring including the chin tip!!
I posted a review up to the 1-month mark last time, and somehow 3 months have already passed. At first, maybe because I counted every day what D+ day it was, each day really did not pass, but these days time seems to go quickly. I think it may be because the time of overcoming swelling and pain has passed :) I am not fully recovered yet, but I think the uncomfortable period is exactly up to one month! Now I do not take painkillers, sleep well, and it is so nice~ The visible swelling on the outside looks like there is hardly any more to go down! But the director said it will keep going down little by little for up to 1 year. I started orthodontic treatment one month after surgery, and this is a bit uncomfortable ㅜㅜ Food gets stuck so much ㅜㅜ But this much is fine... Ah, after surgery I could not eat tough or hard foods, but now I eat them well bb Scissors are essential so you do not overdo it ㅎ
Since my angular face shape became a round face shape, these days I hear a lot that my impression looks gentle and younger!! It is a satisfying result! At my 3-month progress check, I had a CT scan and talked with the director, and he said the bone is attaching well and I just need to keep recovering steadily!! I feel this every time, but the manager at Y is so kind!!! Even after surgery, they keep checking on me and taking care of me, so I really like it. I hope 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years pass quickly and the orthodontic treatment ends too!! ~~~~
