Could capsular contracture be a matter of constitution too?

Sorry in advance because I’m going to write a whiny post. The first time I got capsular contracture was 7 years after surgery, and the hospital guaranteed one revision AS, so I got revision surgery for free. I was only charged the anesthesia fee, and then after 1 year, I got capsular contracture again. At this point, should I think that my body can no longer coexist with implants anymore..? hahaha... I’m forcing myself to hold on even though I really feel like I don’t want to live, but I truly don’t have the confidence to remove them and live with a flat chest, not even if I died and came back to life. It absolutely has to be revision surgery, nothing else. What should I do? Anyway, the hospital where I had my first surgery can’t provide AS anymore. It would definitely be a paid revision surgery. I’m wondering if it might be a hospital issue, so maybe I should look again into hospitals that many people go to for revisions, like ㄱㄹ, ㅇㄷw. But if it’s a problem with my body, I’m worried those things wouldn’t help at all. After being diagnosed with capsular contracture for the second time, nothing is going into my head and I’m only having negative thoughts. Even while being like this, I feel so stupid for not being able to give up on my breasts.. I just want to cry, sigh
